Thriving Leaders

Thriving Company
Provides leaders with up to 15 hours of consultancy per month to help leaders navigate any of number of organisational priorities or complexities they may encounter during the month.
Thriving Teams
Tailored for teams of up to 5 people of all levels, Mantra Thrive will help keep teams on track, working towards goals and problem solving together. Sounding board consultancy includes both monthly 1-2-1’s with individual team members and the opportunity to bring the team together for a facilitated session with your Mantra Strategist.

The level of support depends on your subscription but generally speaking all Thrivers get:
Monthly One-on-One Leadership Sessions: Engage with a dedicated strategist who will serve as your sounding board, helping you clarify priorities and develop actionable strategies.
Quarterly CEO Check in with a Mantra leader to review and sense your strategy and plan key priorities for the quarter ahead.
Monthly Webinars and Micro-Learning Programmes: Access essential leadership topics such as Purpose, Impact, and DEI, delivered in bite-sized sessions to fit your busy schedule and
Access to Leadership Whispers, Playbooks, toolkits, frameworks and templates.
Community Engagement: Join a network of like-minded individuals by engaging in our Group Training, Collaboration Networking and online and in-person events and strategy sprints.
Question 4: What if I want to cancel my subscription?
After 3 months, you can cancel at any time. Just let your Mantra Strategist know.
