What we ask

Please consider a short written brief for projects as it will reduce the time we have agreeing project details for proposals and in our define stage

We ask that you pay promptly when you receive our invoice. Payment is accepted online or by EFT.

Our usual approach is to invoice 40% on commencement, 30% at playback / month 2 stage and 30% at final stage.

However where overall project costs are under €5,000, we ask for 50% upfront and 50% on completion.

Privacy

Mantra is a firm believer in permission based marketing and protecting your privacy.

We will only maintain the essential information on enquiries and we will maintain only critical organisation information on our clients, in a protected and secure manner.

We will endeavour to ensure your confidentiality is protected, your information remains your own, and that we adhere to best practises in terms of data collation, storage.
