We are delighted to support The Care Trust with the appointment of an Individual Giving Manager. This is a newly defined role, offering a fantastic opportunity to shape and grow Individual Giving within a purpose-driven organisation that has strong foundations and clear ambition for the future. 

The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of data-informed Individual Giving campaigns, working across multiple channels to strengthen supporter engagement, improve retention and unlock significant potential. There is real scope in this role to test new ideas, bring fresh thinking and help shape the future direction of Individual Giving. 

The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for: 

• Developing and delivering Individual Giving campaigns  

• Using data and insight to inform decision-making and optimise performance  

• Managing and enhancing supporter journeys  

• Identifying and developing new fundraising opportunities  

• Managing budgets and tracking performance  

• Working with internal teams, partners and external suppliers
